Visa Support
We provide the following documents exclusively to presenters of symposia, workshop presentations, and poster presentations who require a visa to enter Japan:
- Letter of Invitation
- Letter of Guarantee
- Certificate of Enrollment from the President of APPW2025
- Itinerary in Japan
Additional Submission Requirements
In addition to abstract submission and registration, please submit the following documents:
- Letter of Recommendation (from your current supervisor)
- Certificate of Enrollment or Employment
Supported Length of Stay
We can support a stay of up to 7 days (3 days for the meeting + 4 additional days).
Unfortunately, we are unable to support stays in Japan exceeding 7 days.

Letter of Invitation for Non-Presenters
If you are a non-presenter and have completed both registration and payment of the registration fee, we can provide a “Letter of Invitation” confirming your attendance at the meeting.
