How to Register
Click the “Registration” button and enter the required information such as your name and registration category.
Online Registration must be completed before abstract submission.
Registration Number
After completing registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing your registration number.
JBS Membership Number
If your membership application is still in process, enter “9999999” as your membership ID.

Registration fees don’t include lunch.
*Graduate and undergraduate students must upload copies of both sides of their student ID (with a valid date) when registering online.
If registering on-site, students must present a valid student ID at the registration desk.
The registration fee for undergraduate students who are not presenting at the meeting is free.

Register for luncheon seminars
Once Early registration is completed, you may register for luncheon seminars.
A registration guide will be sent via email in late September.

- How to register: Use the URL provided in the email.
- Participants will be selected by lottery, not on a first-come, first-served basis.
- On-site registration will be also available.
Meeting Program & Meeting Badge
Meeting Program & Abstract Browsing System
JBS Members
JBS members who have paid their annual membership fee will receive the Meeting Program in advance. The login ID for the abstract browsing service will be sent via email.
Undergraduate Students (member & nonmember), and Non-members
The registration fee do not include the cost of the Meeting Program and the Abstract Browsing service. If you wish to purchase them, please apply through the JBS Secretariat.

Meeting Badge
Early & Late Registration
Those who complete registration and payment can download their Meeting Badge. Badges will not be mailed. Please print your badge and bring it to the meeting.
Badge holders will be available at the meeting venue.
*If your affiliation changes after creating an account, please update your information in the registration system.
*Please always wear your Meeting Badge during the event.
On-site Registration
You will receive your meeting badge upon registering at the venue.
Receipt & Certification of Attendance
Early & Late Registration
The registered name and affiliation will be automatically inserted into the receipt. Please print or download it yourself.
※Receipt and Certification of Attendance will be available for download in mid-October.
※The receipt will display “Reissue” if it has been issued more than once.
On-site Registration
A receipt will be provided upon payment.
Cancellation
Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
