Method of Payment (Early & Late Registration Fee)

Payment can be made by credit card (VISA・Master・JCB・Diners・American Express), postal transfer, or bank transfer.
Attention: Late registration fees can only be paid by credit card.
For overseas participants, the payment can only be done via credit card.

Early Online registration: October 20, 2025
Note 1: Each presenting author is requested to make registration and payment by September 12.
Note 2: If the payment of the registration fee is not completed by the due date, your registration will be automatically cancelled.

Visa application

Participants who need to apply for the visa to enter Japan can request supporting documents for the visa application.
Please note that we can send the documents only to those who have completed both online registration and payment of the registration fee.
To request for the documents, please click the “Request for Visa Application Documents” button below. It will take 2-3 weeks to issue the documents.

The document package includes:
* Letter of guarantee
* Invitation Letter
* Itinerary in Japan
* Certificate of employment of the symposium chair as a substitute for corporate registration

Receipt & Meeting badge

You will receive the receipt of your registration fee, meeting badge and abstract book at the meeting site.
We recommend keeping the receipt of credit card transaction or postal/bank transfer until you receive them.
Please note that the receipt cannot be reissued.
Participants who are not wearing their meeting badges will not be allowed to enter any meeting rooms.

Cancellation policy

The registration fees cannot be refunded for any reasons.
