Click “Registration” button and enter required information such as names, and registration category.
Advance Registration should be completed before abstract submission.

You will receive a confirmation email including your advance registration number after completing registration.

Registration fees don’t include lunch.
*Graduate and undergraduate students are required to upload copies of both sides of their Student ID with validated date when registering online. Please show valid Student ID at the registration desk if you register on the meeting site. 
*Registration fee for undergraduate students who don’t present at the meeting is fee.

2) Payment
  • Advance registration will not be completed without the payment for registration fees.
    If the payment for advance registration fee is not completed, your advance registration will be automatically cancelled, and you need to register on-site.
  • Payment method
    Advance registration: Credit cards or bank transfer (virtual payment). For more information on payment method, please refer “Payment” page of the registration system.
  • Late registration:Credit card only. Bank transfers are not accepted.
  • On-site registration: Cash only.
  • Payment Due dates

Register for Luncheon Seminars

After you complete Advance registration, you can Register for Luncheon Seminars. We will send you an email regarding how to register those seminars in the beginning of October.
 Registration Period:October 1 – 4 (Tentative)
 How to register: Access to the URL which will be informed you by email.

  • We will make a draw from among those who register during the registration period and select participants of these seminars.  It is not first-come-first served basis.  
  • On-site registration is also available.

Meeting Program & Meeting Badge

Meeting Program & Abstract Browsing System

JBS Members
JBS members who completed payment of 2024 membership fee, will receive a Meeting Program prior to the meeting. Login Password for the Abstract Browsing System will be sent to your registered email address. 

Undergraduate Students (member & nonmember), and Non-members
Registration fees do not include fees for a Meeting Program and the Abstract Browsing System.  Please contact JBS Secretariat if you wish to purchase those.

Meeting Badge

Advance and Late Registration : Those who have completed registration and payment of registration fees will be able to download the Meeting Badge. It will not be sent to you by mail. Please download and print your meeting badge and bring it with you.
Badge holders are available on the meeting site.
*Update your affiliation if your affiliation has been changed after creating the account for registration system.
*Please make sure to wear your meeting badge in the meeting site.  

On-site Registration: You will receive your meeting badge when you register on the site.

Receipt / Certification of Attendance

Advance and Late registration: You can download the receipt for the payment of the registration fee and the certificate of attendance from the registration system. If you download them more than one time, the word “Reissue” will be shown on those.

On-site registration: You will receive a receipt after your pay the registration fee on the meeting site.

Cancellation/ Refund

Registration fees will not be refunded for any reasons.
