Please come to the staff desk at the right front of the room and let the staff know of your arrival no later than 15 minutes before the start time of the session. - Process and Timing
Chairs are expected to ensure that all presentations start and finish punctually as scheduled.

Symposia, Workshops, etc. are requested to be held at the on-site venue.

Please bring your laptop to the laptop connection desk at the left front of the session room at least 20 minutes before your presentation and open your presentation file by yourself.
Please pick up your laptop after your presentation ends. - Presentation method
All presentations are to be given using your laptop. Please be sure to bring your laptop.

■Symposia / Workshops: The time allocation for presentation and discussion will be decided by the convener(s) and may vary for each lecture.
Further information will be provided by the secretariat in late April.
■Junior and Senior High School Research Presentations: 11 min (Presentation: 9 min. / Discussion: 2 min)
■ICD Seminar: 30 min (Presentation: 25 min. / Discussion: 5 min)
■Flash Talk: Presentation: 2 min. (No Discussion) - Technical requirements for your laptop
A HDMI connector is necessary to connect your laptop to the projector. Some laptops may require an accessory connector. Please be sure to bring it as well.

- Please be sure to bring an AC adaptor for your computer.
- Please bring your backup data on a USB memory stick etc. in case of computer troubles.

Allotted time for each presenter is 2 minutes (2 minutes for presentation, no discussion time). Please end your presentation within the allotted time. A presentation slide must be a single page PDF. Chairpersons are in charge of proceeding each session. Presenters must follow their chairpersons’ instructions. Please note that it may be stopped if the presentation exceeds the allotted time.

Information for Poster Presenters
- Excellent resentation award
(Eligibility: Students or those who earned their degrees within a year.)
Excellent presentation award will be given to the excellent presentations made by those who applied for this award at the time of abstract submission. Selection will be made on the day of presentation and awardees will receive a commemorative award. The award ceremony is scheduled to be held in Room 1 on May 31(Sat) at 11:55 (tentative). - Venue
Motenashi Dome (next to Ishikawa Ongakudo, on BF1 just outside the East Exit of Kanazawa Station)
- Presentation
Yellow ribbons for presenters and pushpins will be prepared at the poster panels. There will be no chair for poster sessions. Please give a presentation wearing a yellow ribbon on your chest and discuss with other participants freely in front of your poster. - Language
English is recommended. - Poster
- Poster panel size: 90cm wide x 210cm high
- Poster numbers will be attached to the panels by the secretariat. Please use pushpins prepared at the panels.
- Please attach the presentation title, affiliation(s), and name of author(s) next to the poster number within the size of 65cm wide x 25cm high. Please put a circle to the name of the presenter. The presentation title should be written at least 36 points so that it is clearly visible from at least 5 meters away. The contents should be written at least 18 points, large enough to be read from at least 3 meters away.
