How to register
On-site Registration:
The on-site registration desk will be opened as below during the meeting.
Please fill out the application form with the necessary information and make the payment for the registration fees.
*Only cash payment is accepted.

June 20 8:15-14:30
Location: Foyer in front of Medium Hall, 2F, Arcrea HIMEJI
If you wish to pay by credit card, please register through the online registration page.
※ Late registration is scheduled to begin in early June.
Name badge and Program booklet
Early registration participants who have completed the payment:
The name badge and program booklet will be dispatched around Early June from the secretariat.
Please be sure to wear the name badge during the meeting.
(No need to sign in at the registration desk.)
The Receipt of the registration fee
Late registration participants who have completed the payment:
Please show the email “PSSJ2025: Registration completed ” (a hard copy or smartphone/tablet screen) which is delivered after completing registration at the registration desk to receive the name badge and program booklet.
Early/Late registration participants:
The Receipt can be downloaded via the registration login page.
On-site registration participants :
The Receipt will be given at the registration desk after completing the payment.
Abstracts
Abstracts (pdf files) will be released on the meeting website.
※Password to browse abstracts will be provided to participants who have completed the payment of the registration fee.
