※1 Corporate Participants: Corporate participants are those who are affiliated to private companies or for-profit organizations and attend the meeting for purposes such as participation, attending sessions, collecting information, or presenting research. In principle, this category applies to individuals who are not affiliated with universities or public research institutions.

By registering under this category, participants are entitled to attend academic sessions, enter the exhibition area, and join social events (if applicable).

Please note that this is separate from exhibiting as a corporate exhibitor. If you wish to exhibit, please complete the application separately through the “Sponsorship” process.

※2: Accompanying Persons: Defined as family members or companions of participants. In principle, they are not permitted to attend scientific sessions (lectures, symposia, etc.).

※3: The registration fee for one-day registration is fixed and there are no early discounts.

Important Notice

• Irrespective of your present status (General, Student, etc.), please choose the registration category according to your expected status during the conference period (June 28 – July 2, 2026).

For Graduate and Undergraduate Students

You will be required to present your student ID at the time of registration.

• For Early Registration: Please follow the on-screen instructions and upload copies of both sides of your student ID card (with the expiration date clearly indicated).
• For On-site Registration: Please present your student ID card at the registration desk.

• This society is not a qualified invoice issuer.

• Please choose either credit card payment or bank transfer for the registration fee.

• Cancellation/Changes of Early Registration
  Registration fees cannot be refunded for any reason.
  Please take care to avoid duplicate registrations or duplicate payments.

• Please access the “Click here to start Registration” button below, create an account, and complete your registration.

※Please note your registration ID and password as they will be required to review or amend your registration details.

Online registration via the registration system will also be available during the meeting period.

• Online Registration: Please complete your registration through the Confit registration site.

Payment can be made by credit card only.

The following items can be downloaded from the registration system:

② Name badge (available for download from mid-June 2026)

Please download and print your name badge from your Confit account page and bring it with you to the venue.
Cardholders will be provided at the venue.

2) For On-site Registration at the Venue
Your registration status will be confirmed at the reception desk, and your name badge will be handed to you.
