We will provide the following documents only to presenters (including poster presenters), who need to apply for a visa to enter Japan.

• Letter of Invitation
• Letter of Guarantee
• Enroll certificate of President of IBS2026
• Itinerary in Japan

* Under the meeting rules, we don’t provide the above-mentioned documents to non-presenters. Please apply for the tourist visa or other visas by yourself.
We appreciate your understanding.

Maximum of 7 days (3 days for the meeting + 4 additional days).
We are unable to support stays in Japan exceeding 7 days.
*The documents will be sent to those who request on a first-come-first-served basis.

We can provide a “Letter of Invitation” stating that you will attend the meeting if you are a non-presenter and have completed both registration and payment of the registration fee.
