Welcome to the 3rd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Cytokine Society (JCS2026), to be held on July 9–10, 2026, at KEISEI HOTEL MIRAMARE, Chiba, Japan.
The Organizing Committee is sincerely grateful for your participation.

The theme of this year’s meeting is “Charting the Present and Future of Cytokine Research.” Our goal is to provide a comprehensive overview of the current landscape and future directions in cytokine biology, encompassing innate immunity, mucosal immunity, and tumor immunology. The scientific program is organized around the following four symposia:

  1. Frontiers of Cytokine Research in Innate Immunity and Inflammation
  2. Tissue Macrophages in Health and Disease
  3. Mucosal Immunity: The Bridge between Internal and External Environments
(Co-hosted by the Chiba University Center for Synergy in Mucosal Vaccine Research and Development (cSIMVA))
  4. Tumor Immunology: From Basic Mechanisms and Beyond
(Co-hosted by the Chiba University Center for Human Immunological Disease Research and Development (cCHID) / J-PEAKS)

We have also prepared workshops and poster sessions—accompanied by a wine & cheese reception—to actively encourage presentations and networking among young investigators and students. We hope this meeting will serve as a valuable opportunity to share cutting-edge findings, stimulate meaningful discussions, and foster new collaborations.

Thank you very much for joining us.

Kind regards,

Hiroshi Nakajima, M.D., Ph.D.
