- Membership: The membership fee for the first year will be waived for new members. We encourage you to consider joining the JCS
- Registration:
- Enter your membership number (found on My Page) in the registration form.
- Receipts can be downloaded from the registration system.
- Cancellations are non-refundable, but you may transfer your registration to a colleague.
- Failure to complete payment by the deadline will result in automatic cancellation, requiring late or on-site registration.
Notes for JCS Members
- A boxed lunch will be provided for JCS members attending the general assembly on July 20 upon request. Please select "Yes" or "No" in the registration form before June 20.
- Members unable to attend the General Assembly are requested to submit a proxy form through My Page for JCS members.
How to Register
Create an account by registering your information, then start advance registration at your "My Page".
No refund can be made for cancellation, however, you can give your right over to your colleague.

- The payment receipt is downloadable from My page after completing payment.
