Event date and time: December 3 (Wed) and 4 (Thu), 19:00~ (about one hour)
At the 48th Annual Meeting, we plan to hold a networking event with the theme of "New Encounters". Events will be held on topics selected from ideas submitted in advance at the poster exhibition hall.
We aim to create an opportunity not only for academic research but also for various information related to science exchanges and a place for building connections.
※We accept the application from those who have registered for the meeting only.
The event scale will be from a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 20 participants per event.
※Alcohol, soft drinks, and light snacks arranged by the MBSJ2025 will be distributed.
※As this is a first-time event, the style may be subject to change according to the number of applications received.
Application Guidelines
Please access the application form via the button at the bottom of this page and register by the application deadline. Topics we call this time are not limited to academic topics, and a wide range of themes related to science are accepted. We eagerly look forward to receiving many applications.

Acceptance notice/ Minimum number of participants
The Organizing Committee will make the final decision and allocate event slots, so please note that we may not be able to meet all your requests.
We will call for the participants on our website for the selected projects. Please note that the minimum number of participants is more than 5 (the maximum number is 20). If a minimum of 5 participants will not be gathered, your event will be cancelled.
Requests to Organizers
Organizers must attend and manage your event by themselves.
The information of those attending your event will be shared with the organizer in advance, so please send event information to participants as necessary.
