We would be pleased if you could join us.
What is a Matching Event Project?
At MBSJ2025, we plan to hold a networking event with the theme of "New Encounters".
By meeting and conversing with others who share the same goals or face similar challenges, we hope to create opportunities for new relationships and collaborations to emerge.
This Annual Meeting, which will gather over 8,000 participants, offers a unique opportunity to meet and connect with many professionals. We look forward to your participation.

During the event, you will be able to enjoy light snacks, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and a selection of sake from Fukui Prefecture provided by the Annual Meeting.
We hope you will enjoy these refreshments and take the opportunity to deepen in a relaxed atmosphere.
* As this is a first-time event, the style may be subject to change according to the number of applications received. The latest information will be provided on this website on an ongoing basis.


Pre-registration Instructions
Please complete the required information in the application form below by the deadline.
Those who register in advance will be given priority for participation.
On the day of the event, we plan to accept walk-in participants who have not registered in advance; however, if there are too many participants, entry may be restricted.
We therefore recommend pre-registration to ensure priority access.
