Information for Participants

[Notice: Name Badges and Pocket Programs WILL NOT be Mailed.]

Previously, we mailed name badges and pocket programs to those who completed Early Registration by early October. However, this year, we will not send any materials to the registrants before the meeting.

Please note the following instructions, and we appreciate your understanding.

〇Name Badge

PDF of the name badge will be available to download from the online registration system in mid-November. Please print the PDF yourself and bring it to the venue. Name holders will be distributed at the venue.

* Name badges can also be picked up at the venue, but we strongly recommend that you print it in advance to avoid congestion.

* On-site registrants will receive their name badge at the registration desk at the venue same as previous meetings

〇Receipt for Participation Fees and Certificate of Participation

These also can be downloaded from the online registration system.

* The certificate of participation will be added to the name badge PDF starting from 12/3 (Wed).

〇Pocket Program

Pocket programs will be distributed at the venue, without mailing in advance.

Cloaks

Cloaks are open as follows. No valuables or computers can be checked in to the cloak since the society/meeting are not responsible for any loss or damage of your items.

To attend the seminars above, you need either a“ Pre-registered lunch ticket” or a“ Same-day lunch ticket”. Both tickets are prepared for each seminar. Please decide in advance which seminar you will attend.

* Tickets are vouchers that can be exchanged for a box lunch or light meal provided by sponsoring companies and organizations.

* Pre-registration is not available for the biotechnology short / night-cafe seminars.

Exhibition Point Collecting

Visit the exhibition booths and collect points with your smartphone!
Those who accumulated points will be entered in a drawing for a special prize such as high grade “Gourmet Ticket”.

Prohibited / Cautionary Notes

Photography・Recording

No photography and/or recording with camera, video, smart phone, and any devices is allowed in the lecture/ poster presentation rooms.

Mobile phone use

Talking on the mobile phone in the lecture/presentation rooms is not allowed.
Please set your mobile phone on the silent mode and make sure it will not make a noise during lectures/presentations.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue. Please use the designated smoking areas.

Infection Prevention

Individuals with symptoms such as fever or poor health are kindly requested to refrain from attending.
