Childcare Services
We will provide on-site childcare services (with a fee and advance registration required) operated by a professional babysitting company.

Wednesday, December 3: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Thursday, December 4: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Friday, December 5: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Location
Within Pacifico Yokohama.
Note: For security purposes, the specific room number will only be provided to registered applicants.

Children from 3 months to 12 years old.

Childcare Fees
JPY400 per hour, per child (fractions of an hour are rounded up). All fees include tax.
※Payment: Please pay the full amount for all days of use in cash on your first day of service. Please have the exact amount ready as change will not be provided.
*Since sitters are dispatched based on your reservation, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation for any same-day cancellations or if the actual usage time is shorter than the reserved. Fees for any extended usage time will be charged separately.
Lunch and Snacks
You can order a lunch box for your child for a fee. If you would like to order one, please indicate this on the medical questionnaire during registration.
Price: JPY700 per meal (tax included).
*This special price is due to a partial subsidy from the Molecular Biology Society of Japan.
*Note: For safety, we cannot accommodate food allergies.

Dec.3 (Wed) Lunch Box "A"
〈Contents〉 Salmon rice ball, tuna mayonnaise rice ball, fried chicken (x2), deep-fried tofu with seaweed, rolled omelet, pumpkin salad, sausage, cheese dog (with ketchup packet), and jelly.
〈Allergens〉 Wheat, egg, milk, beef, pork, chicken, salmon, apple, orange, peach, and soy.
Dec.4 (Thu) Lunch Box "B"
〈Contents〉Rice balls with seasoned seaweed (x6), curry croquette, hamburger steak with demi-glace sauce, omelet, spaghetti salad, potato salad, french fries (with ketchup packet), and cream puffs.
〈Allergens〉Wheat, egg, milk, beef, pork, chicken, sesame, mackerel, gelatin, and soy.
Dec.5（Fri）Lunch Box "C"
〈Contents〉Sushi rice wrapped in sweet soy-simmered tofu pouches, rolled sushi (with gourd), crab cream croquette, fried shrimp, meatball, macaroni salad, smiley-face potatoes, petite sauce, and cup of candy (sugar candy).
〈Allergens〉Wheat, egg, milk, shrimp, crab, beef, pork, chicken, sesame, apple, gelatin, and soy.
*All lunch boxes include a 185ml can of orange juice.
*Lunch box size is approximately 200mm x 110mm x 60mm
- Lunch boxes are for children aged 2 and older.
- For safety, we cannot accommodate food allergies.
- Menu items may be subject to change due to ingredient availability.
- Please pay for all lunch boxes in cash for all days of use on your first day. This is separate from the childcare fees. Please have the exact amount ready as change will not be provided.
- Cancellations must be made by 5:00 PM (JST) on Tuesday, November 18. Any cancellations made after this time will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the order.
Bringing Your Own Food:
If you do not order a lunch box, please provide your own meals, drinks, and snacks for your child. You may also eat lunch with your child outside the childcare room (e.g., in the Parent/Child Rest Area). Please note that there is no refrigerator in the childcare room, so please bring only items that can be stored at room temperature. The organizers and babysitting company are not responsible for any food poisoning or illness caused by food brought from outside.

Please read the PDF "Terms of Use" and submit the medical questionnaire (Word file) via email directly to the babysitting company (CombiSmile Corporation) with the required information (①-⑤).

Note: This information is required even if you are not ordering a lunch box. - Lunch box order status (yes/no), dates, and number of meals
*After you send the email, CombiSmile corporation, Ltd. will send you an "Application Confirmation" email along with a "Childcare Application Form." If you do not receive a response by 5:00 PM (JST) on Tuesday, November 18, please contact them by phone immediately.
Registration Deadline
The deadline to register is 5:00 PM (JST) on Monday, November 17, 2025.
Cancellations must be made by 5:00 PM (JST) on Tuesday, November 18. Any cancellations made after this time will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the reservation.
