Information for the Event Day
How to Participate
To avoid congestion on the day of the event and ensure a comfortable experience for all attendees, we will guide entry times separately for those who pre-registered and those attending on the day without prior registration.
Please check your entry time and plan to arrive with sufficient time.

①For Pre-Registered Participants
A “Priority Entry Ticket” will be sent via email to the address you registered on November 25. Please follow the steps below to enter:
- ・Print your “Priority Entry Ticket” and bring it with you to the venue. ※Must be printed
*The ticket details vary depending on the event. If you have applied for multiple sessions, please print and bring each ticket. *Please note that if you forget to bring a printed ticket, you will be guided to the same line as same-day participants . - ・Please arrive near the event space by 19:15 and enter by 19:20. *Entry for same-day participants begins at 19:20. If you arrive after 19:20, you will need to join the same line as same-day participants. Please make sure to arrive before 19:20. *Please show your Priority Admission Ticket to the staff upon entry.
②For Same-Day Participants (No Pre-Registration)
- ・No prior registration or ticket preparation is required.
- ・Entry will begin sequentially after pre-registered participants, starting at 19:20. After entering, please go directly to your desired booth. *Depending on congestion on the day, temporary entry restrictions may be applied. Thank you for your understanding.
You are free to enter and leave at any time.
Please feel free to visit as many booths as you like♪

To ensure smooth operation on the day of the event, please review and follow the points below.
① Reception
At the dedicated reception for the matching event, organizer identification items will be provided.
Please make sure to complete your check-in during the following times:
Reception Dates/Times: Wednesday, December 3 & Thursday, December 4, 16:00–18:45
Reception location: Pacifco Yokohama Exhibition Hall, Dedicated Reception for Matching Event
*Please come on the day your own event will be held.
② Booth Management
The method of conducting your booth on the day is at the discretion of the organizers.
However, please manage your booth while keeping the following points in mind:
- ・Promotion or sales of products and services is prohibited.
- ・Excessive solicitation or advertising is not allowed.
- ・Please be considerate of others: avoid loud voices, noise, or inappropriate conversations.
- ・Light snacks and drinks are available at the distribution corner for your use.
- ・For those who have requested monitor use in advance:
Connections are via HDMI. Some laptops may require an adapter, so please bring one just in case.
<Request for Cooperation>
If visitor congestion occurs at your booth, staff may consult with you regarding splitting the booth into shifts or temporarily restricting entry.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure smooth operation.

- ・Items unrelated to the event or large materials used for exhibits cannot be disposed of in the venue bins.
Photography・Recording
- ・When taking photos or recording in the venue, please check with other participants in the same session.
- ・Be careful not to capture nearby poster presentations or other participants in your shots.
- ・Please be considerate of others when taking photos or recording.
Infection Prevention
・If you have a fever or feel unwell, please refrain from attending.
If you feel unwell on the day, we ask that you refrain from participating.

- ・The annual meeting is not responsible for any troubles or incidents that occur within individual booths. Please resolve such issues among the parties involved.
- ・In case of emergencies, accidents, or health concerns, please contact nearby staff or the reception immediately.
